This Notice introduces a targeted amendment to the Regulation on Prudential Ratios and Limits for Mutual Guarantee Companies, approved by Notice No. 6/GBM/2023 of 16 October. The amendment updates the prudential framework applicable to mutual guarantee companies, widening its scope to credit institutions and financial companies benefiting from guarantees and counter-guarantees provided by the Mutual Guarantee Fund, solely for the purposes of calculating risk exposures.
