Approves the Guidelines for the Reporting of Technological and Cyber Incidents, which set out the obligation, channels and standardised communication templates to be used by institutions, to ensure the effective detection, reporting, mitigation and recovery from incidents that may affect the resilience and stability of the financial system. The provisions of the Notice apply to credit institutions and financial companies.
